What is Pickleball?

Pickleball is a fun paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It is played on a court approximately one-third the size of a tennis court, with a lower net. The game can be played in singles or doubles, and the objective is to score points by hitting the ball over the net and into your opponent's side of the court.

Yes, we do! Our friendly and experienced coaches offer personalized lessons to help you get started.

Is there a dress code?

We suggest wearing comfortable athletic wear and court shoes suited for sports like tennis or pickleball.

How many courts do you have?

We have 5 covered courts and 5 outdoor courts for you to enjoy.

How do I make reservations?

Booking is easy! Just head to our website, click "Book Now," and create an account. You can book up to 7 days in advance. If your preferred time is fully booked, join the waitlist, and we’ll let you know if a spot opens up.

Where can I park?

We have parking spots available on our premises on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, you can use the public roadside parking along Jalan Damansara.

What should I do upon arrival?

Arrive 10-15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time. Check in at the reception with your reservation details. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your slot may be given to others.

Can I walk in?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome! However, we recommend booking online to ensure court availability.

Can I move or cancel my reservation?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your session to avoid losing your credit.

What is the duration of court reservations?

You can reserve a court for 1 to 3 hours. Each account can book up to 2 courts per session. If you need more than 2 courts, it will be considered a Private Event with a different rate.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive within 15 minutes of your session start time, we won’t be able to extend the reservation or adjust the fee for any lost time.

No-Show Policy

If you don’t show up for your reservation, your booking will be forfeited, and you will be charged in full. However, we do consider special circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly cancel at least 12 hours before your session to avoid charges. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will incur a fee, except in cases of hazardous weather or other extenuating circumstances.

What if it rains?

If the courts are closed due to weather:

• If you’ve played for less than 30 minutes, you can reschedule at no extra cost.
• If you’ve played for more than 30 minutes, we won’t be able to offer a replacement session.

Refund Policy

All sales on court rentals, group lesson packages, and private lesson packages are final and non-refundable. However, you can transfer any unused credits to someone else.
